Beautiful Places in the Bay Area

You don't have to go far from Silicon Valley to find great camping trails! An old lady donated her magnificent estate to the arts, along with its beautiful gardens and hiking trails.

Yes! Villa Montalvo is more than a summer concert series. It's beautiful gardens and hiking trails are open to the public during the day. (Don't expect a tour of the house, though.)

I took this photo of Naked Ladies in Villa Montalvo's garden. I've taken a lot of great photos there, but they charge licensing fees if you publish recognizable photos. That's one way they make money.

Villa Montalvo is located along Saratoga-Sunnyvale road between Los Gatos and Saratoga (the town).
