Mustard flowers cover the hill at Almaden Park in San Jose, California in spring. The oak trees top the hill year round.
Almaden Park also offers manicured lawns, picnic tables, and play equipment at the base of the hill, but the most fun is hiking up the hill for the view and descending through the grotto on the other side. (I'll probably show off that picture next week.)
Almaden Park is located near the intersection of Camden and Meridian.
