Holly and Dan Moved!
I'm sorry. With three businesses to deal with and even more websites, I've been too busy to add more news! I am now the contact for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association, but the big news is Holly and Dan's move to Marin County.
Last weekend, my parents, my brother and I went up to help Holly and Dan move into their new apartment. It's a small, one-bedroom place in a small complex right around the block from her restaurant.
Along the ditch, there's a trail for walking, running, or biking. Right behind Holly and Dan's apartment, there are also tennis courts. They're a little worried they won't be able to get a key, since it's technically in another town and reserved for residents, but we're confident they will find a way.
Holly and Dan can walk to work by crossing the bridge near their house and walking about 100 feet down the trail. They just have to cut across the landscaping a bit to get to their restaurant.
Their area is just gorgeous! Full of trees, grass and bushes. Before long, there will probably be a ton of flowers. Down the block is downtown San Rafael, a really quaint little mountain town.
